Job Description:

BASIC FUNCTION: The Guest Service Runner is responsible for retrieving and delivering items to guests in a professional and timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE

v High school diploma or equivalent.

v One-year experience.

v Pleasant, professional and positive personality.

v Excellent communication skills

v Must be able to multi-task effectively.

v Must be a team player.

v Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Provide the BEE THE DIFFERENCE experience to all guests.
  • Provide excellent service to both internal and external guests.
  • Assist with retrieving and delivery of items to guests, both internal and external.
  • Follow-up on guest requests.
  • Provide professional, positive, quick and attentive assistance to all.
  • Keep work areas neat and clean.
  • Be familiar with all property amenities and local amenities.
  • Assist with inbound and outboard calls as needed.
  • Be prepared and have a positive approach in anticipating guest needs.
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by supervisor or manager.
  • Assist in other areas as needed.
ENVIRONMENT:

Consistent walking and standing. Walking long distances. Must be able to carry packages up to 30lbs. Must be able to speak/write in English, in order to communication effectively with guests.
