Makes bed. 3. Dusts the room and furniture. 4. Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies per brand standard. 5. Cleans the bathroom. 6. Cleans the closet. 7. Vacuums the carpet, cleans tiles and/or wood flooring. 8. Checks and secures the rooms. 9. Deliver and retrieve items rented to guests, (e.g. Rollaway, crib, etc...). 10. Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests. 11. Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. bed rotation, bedding rotation, deep clean rotation, etc). 12. Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas. 13. Attends to requests from guests and supervisors. 14. Responsible for following the standard operating procedures. 15. Ensures proper key control procedures. 16. Reports any hazardous situations to management immediately. 17. Attend Mandatory meetings and required training. 18. Maintains open level of communication with all other departments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 19. Assists in all areas related to the housekeeping department 20. Other duties as assigned by management.
