Take your customer service and sales skills to the next level and earn more. Career changers welcome. TTEC (formerly TeleTech) will train you to learn the insurance industry and become a Licensed Property & Casualty Agent. You’ll earn as you learn with paid training, paid license fees and paid continuing education. Once you become a licensed agent, you’ll be taking inbound calls and other customer inquiries for one of the largest, most well-known - and yes FUN - insurance providers in the nation.

You will identify customers' insurance needs, recommends packages of coverage tailored toward the customers, sell the benefits of becoming a customer and closes the sale.

Experience you’ll need or want to be successful:

• Desire to actively train and become a Active Property and Casualty license

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

• Multitasking and time management skills

• Ability to be empathetic, positive and upbeat written and verbal communications

• Computer skills
