About this job
Automation Personnel Services, INC. Has an immediate opening for an Assembly/Refurb Technician. This is a temp to hire position with a small family owned gaming company located in the Jersey Village area.
Hours:
8am 5pm; M - F
Compensation:
$14 - $17 per hour Will be determined based on skill level
Requirements/Job Description:
Electro-mechanically adept having experience with assembly or disassembly of electrical or electronic machinery
Familiar with and use of standard hand tools for assembly and disassembly
System level electro-mechanical disassembly, marking, packaging and storage of disassembled parts
Ability to perform above while working with and handling heavy equipment
Preferred but not required:
System level electro-mechanical troubleshooting to subassembly level
PCB and Schematic component marking and value identification
Low-Mid level soldering and replacement of components in thru-hole, multilayer and SMD boards
Basic test and repair equipment experience including soldering/desoldering station and digital voltimeter
Benefits:

1 week of vacation after 1st year of employment, 2 weeks of vacation after 3 years
