1. Responds to phone, email, and live chat requests for TMG product information and technical support from retail customers

2. Coordinates retail customer service requests with TMG dealer personnel

3. Assists TMG Warranty, Parts, and Advocacy personnel as required

4. Other duties as assigned

BASIC SKILLS:

1. Strong computer system aptitude

2. Proficient in the use of MS Outlook

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

4. Proficient at Internet navigation

5. Good organization skills and able to handle multiple tasks

6. Excellent Customer Service Skills

7. Ability to analyze, recommend, and take action
