ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Prioritize shipping staff work load to set and meet daily production goals. Handle or solve escalated issues and problems. Provide associates with additional support and coaching as needed.
• Designs effective shipment routes for delivery drivers and support as needed.
• Organizes shipments, pallets, scans shipments into inventory system
• Responsible for inventory tracking and accuracy
• Manages replensihment and priority orders for retail/rental locations
• Processes special order shipments, coordinates return to vendor shipments, rentals (ski and bikes), etc.
• Notify leadership of any hiring or staffing needs, coordinating staff planning in conjunction with leadership and training new associates. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:  

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years related work experience
• English Fluency
• Independent decision making ability
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate cross-functionally
• Shipping experience, JDA/MMS, FED EX Ship Manager
