Night Hospitality Team Leader

Job Description:

• Assist in leading shifts and work closely with other managers to ensure all responsibilities are completed for each shift
• Be able to foresee needs of guests and take initiative to keep service running smoothly
• Must be prepared to work 30+ Hours
• Work with team to meet quality requirements, speed of service, and cleanliness of the store.

Qualifications:

• Must have previous management/leadership experience
• Must be available to work some weekends
• Must have experience and desire to help develop others
• Must possess a positive and serving attitude
• Must possess the ability to motivate and heighten morale
• Food Service Experience is Required
