Customer Success Support Representative - Full-time / Part-time

HIRING: Customer Service Representatives!

Pay: $15/hr

Shift: 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday

Job Description:
A technology based company in the area is looking for Customer Success Support Representatives to join their growing team! This collaborative and dynamic group is responsible for working with our Customer Success team and supports our enterprise commercial customers. It's an important role where the details matter and things are constantly changing. Primary Responsibilities:

- Respond to customers issues and concerns in a timely manner.
- Process multiple types of bulk service requests for marketing, sales, and customers.
- Support smaller accounts in an account manager capacity.
- Other duties as assigned.
