Job description:

  • Somebody who monitors and reviews applications for either checking savings soon to be certificate deposit account.
  • (These applications are the ones who review the applications that don't get auto approved)
  • Making sure the customer is who they say they are
  • Verify the customer/missing information the customer didn't provide/research and resolve.
  • Answering calls - call volume is not very high (35%) of the time
  • Email - most common (65%)

Training: Monday-Friday 8:30 - 5 pm

Regular shift schedule: 12:30 pm - 9 pm

Qualifications:

-Office environment/Data Entry Experience

-Banking and finance background preferred

-Somewhat of a detective/identify any fraud potential

-Need to be able to use internet explorer, web based systems. Microsoft Office

Education Requirements: HS Diploma
