Glass Caulker - Full-time / Part-time

Our process starts in the office and shop, where engineers and fabricators design and build window frames.

Our material is then shipped to various job sites across the city, and our construction process begins.

As we enclose the building, it becomes protected from the elements and allows other trades to complete interior finishes.

*Company has 9 sites within 270. The process is very unique and takes time to learn. Candidates must have strong skills in one of the following areas: roofing, cabinet making, carpentry, welding. They'll be trained in each area of the installation process but need to be proficient before they arrive on site with their hands and have strong skills.

Company has work booked out for the next two years steady, has worked on well known projects here in Columbus and central Ohio. They will be getting 40-55 hours weekly, they do not slow down or lay off in the winter. Typical day is on 1st shift from 6:00AM - 3:00PM. Monday - Friday schedule. Some Saturdays may be required and will be starting as early as 5:00-5:30AM on some job sites.
