Customer Experience Representative - Territory Representative - Full-time / Part-time

I am recruiting for a great long term (contract-to-hire) Customer Service opportunity with Deckers (UGG, Teva, Hoka, Sanuk) in Broomfield. Work for a great environment and get discounts on shoes! Customer Care Rep - $14/hr

Customer Care Rep provides premium service and builds relationships with customers through effective telephone, chat, email, and social media correspondence. Majority of the calls will be discussing logistics of packages, returns/refunds, product questions and warranty questions. Previous backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, etc. preferred.

Customer Care Rep - $14.50/hr - Whole Sale

Customer Care Rep provides premium service and builds relationships with stores and sales representatives through effective telephone and email correspondence. Majority of the calls will be discussing logistics of packages, returns/refunds, product questions and warranty questions. Previous backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, etc. preferred. M-F 8-5

Territory Representative - $17/hr - Whole Sale

Territory Representative will work with assigned accounts and sales representatives to track projects and upcoming orders. Candidates will run reports and operate as a logistics consultant between Deckers brands, sales, and mid-size accounts. Previous background with customer service, reporting, and working independently preferred. M-F 8-5
