I am working with a very reputable property management company that works closely with the banks and maintain foreclosed properties. Their main goal as a company is to make sure these foreclosed properties do not lose value.
This position works in a fast paced environment with clients and vendors to identify property specific preservation tasks that are required to make the property ready to convey to HUD. They are responsible for ensuring that their assigned portfolio of properties is maintained to all client/investor/insure standards.
The position will require attention to detail when performing quality reviews and interacting with vendors to resolve any deficient items. You will be resolving bottle necks that are holding up the completion of inspections and maintenance/preservation work orders.
Responsibilities:
Interact with clients to resolve specific property maintenance and repair issues
Interact with vendors to resolve roadblocks, answer question, and provide training in the performing property preservation tasks
Assign property preservation tasks for completion to vendors.
Review completed work orders to ensure that they are completed to client standards.
Keep current of changes in investor/insurer guidelines that affect the maintenance of properties in assigned inventory.
Special projects and other duties as assigned.
