Mazak Machinist

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and repair machine parts for the fabrication and assembly
• Use of CNC's as well as manual mill and lathe for auxiliary components
• Programming CNC mills
• Calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and measuring instruments.
• Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges and micrometers.
• Machinist operations for milling machine, turn centers, and manual Mazak machine for needed parts
• Experience and understanding with GD&T

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years experience with Mazak CNCs and Mazatrol
• At least 2 years experience with CNC operation/set up and programming.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
