Description:
Our Field/Service Technician is responsible for performing a wide variety of general maintenance repairs and services to apartment and/or single family home residents. This includes, but is not limited to, new construction, completing work orders, turns and general maintenance and upkeep to apartments/homes, common area and community amenity buildings, grounds and landscaping.
Duties:
- Completes repair and service work orders for residents and/or vacant homes/apartments
- Prepares vacant apartments/homes to a market ready conditions and client quality standards for new residents
- Cleans work area, company tools, and equipment and maintains inventory of supplies and equipment
- May assists with seasonal preventative maintenance and routine inspections
- Completes trash compaction and ensures grounds and property remain clean and free of debris
Qualifications:
- Experience in residential/commercial maintenance AND/OR the construction trades
- Willingness to submit to a background and drug test
*Pay is dependent on experience and certifications
