Job Description Summary:
The facilities maintenance staff perform a variety of duties to keep the property looking pristine. General maintenance and repair of the interior and exterior resort facilities. This to include but is not limited to electrical and plumbing equipment; changing light bulbs, repair of fixtures, fluorescent light ballasts, exit signs, exterior floodlights; HVAC maintenance; wall patching, sanding, and painting of interior walls; pick up and delivery of furniture; moving furniture and office equipment; repair of small equipment within facilities related to bathrooms, lighting, doors etc.
Job Description:
