Job Description Summary:
The Overnight Front Office Agent is to provide friendly, efficient registration, guest settlement, and information to all guests, fellow employees and visitors. The Over Night Front Office Agent will also prepare all night clerks reports, as well as prepare for the following shift.

Job Description: QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Two years’ experience in a service industry, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent oral and communication skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Pleasant telephone demeanor.
  • Must be able to work overnight shift from 11pm to 7am as primary work schedule.
  • Must be able to work alone and make decisions efficiently.
  • Excellent at multi-tasking
  • Ability to navigate the PMS system and other accounting software to process/batch credit cards and roll the system.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled and accurate information is established. Thoroughly complete all guest transactions. Promote and sell special hotel programs. Interact with resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other department with necessary information. Complete all night clerk reports, and responsibilities. Process credit cards and roll the PMS system. Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and Resort policies. Communicate all pertinent information to the Front Office Managers and Supervisors. Follow set procedures on posting, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds. Solicit guest feedback via guest comment cards.
