Job Requirements: 
General Managers are responsible for the complete and total management of the sub sandwich store / operation, including:
• Store sales
• Quality of service
• Customer satisfaction
• Profit margin

Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors.
• Be knowledgeable about our history and enthusiastic about our product.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards.
• Possibly open the store, close the store, prep work, cleanup, while adhering to guidelines at all times.
• Work with efficiency in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications:
• Customer service focused and solution oriented.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs.
