The Crescent Beach Club is Long Island's only premier beachfront destination venue. We are a multi outlet, fine dining facility in a high volume, seasonal, waterfront establishment.

Ideal Candide would have knowledge of pastry and garde manger. Candidate will assist and work closely with our Garde Manger/Pastry Chef during dinner service as well as fill in on days off.

Responsibilities:

  • Shuck clams and oysters
  • Multi task in a high volume setting
  • Keep stict sanitation and cleanness 
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Check freshness and quality of ingredients. follow first in first out
  • Prep all ingredients for each shift based on forecast
  • Utilize standardized recipes and plate presentations already established by chef
