Job Responsibilities:

Work with other Team Members, Development Team, Supervisors, and Directors to make sure the following tasks are completed, as required: 

Put together ice dream/lemonade machine.

Cut lemons.

Brew coffee and tea; bring tea and lemonade up front.

Put out breakfast condiment bins.

Clean trays and bring to front in preparation for day’s orders.

Set up dessert station with dessert ingredients and toppings.

Walkthrough dining room and outside patio to ensure all tables, floors, and bathrooms are clean.

Make sure floor mats are out correctly.

Make sure all sauces, cups/lids, and cup carriers are stocked.

Attend Daily Standups to Review:

  • Shift Set-ups for AM, Transition, and PM
  • Catering orders
  • Communicate and coordinate with Kitchen Director about catering orders.
  • CORE 4 Experience
  • Create Eye Contact.

  • 2nd Mile Service Experience
  • Deliver meals to the table for high needs guests.
  • Perform table touch-ins.

Job Qualities and Skills:

Eager and willing to learn, good time management, punctual and accountable, cheerful, positive, supportive, organized, vigilant, pro-active, enthusiastic, and tolerant to work in fast-paced environment;  Previous restaurant experience helpful, but not required.
