Inside Sales Secretary - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description

• Inside Sales Secretary initiates contact with leads from a variety of sources before connecting them with a sales representative
• Responsible for the organization of leads as well as continuous follow-up by way of phone, email, text message, and online chat to turn leads into sales.
• Handles the company website’s live chat function and establishes credibility of the sales representative in the eyes of the prospect.
• Able to multi-task and are well organized in their handling of leads.

Additional information

Compensation & Benefits:

• $12-$16/hr
