Job Description

The Sales Development Rep works in a fast-paced environment and is focused on generating and qualifying opportunities through their efforts with a wide variety of lead types.  The Sales Development Rep works predominantly with our current customer base as we seek to provide them with additional services.  Leads are also developed through a variety of outbound efforts.  As the lead is developed and qualified, the Sales Development Rep facilitates the connection with an inside sales representative, who is responsible for the next phase of the sales process.  Those that excel in this role are able to connect quickly with others and establish rapport which drives the lead through first phase of the sales process. This position provides a great opportunity for growth in the fastest growing department of a fast-growing company.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $12-$16/hr
