Essential Responsibilities:
Min 3 years Executive Administrative Experience within a professional office environment
Bachelor's degree
Bilingual is a MUST - Spanish or Mandarin preferred, but will consider candidate who is bilingual in French.
Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment.
Demonstrate high work ethics, honesty, and punctuality.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Greets employees, visitors/guests in person or via telephone for providing information, taking messages, and/or directing to appropriate personnel.
- Maintains inventory of supplies and materials (e.g. forms, office supplies, etc.) for ensuring items’ availability. Performs general clerical functions (e.g. scheduling, copying, faxing, data entry, filing, etc.) for supporting office operations.
- Processes and receives a variety of documents and materials (e.g. incoming mail, bulk mail, packages, supplies etc.) for disseminating information in compliance with established administrative guidelines.
- Responds to inquiries from a variety of internal and external parties for providing information, facilitating communication among parties and/or providing direction.
- Supports the Management (e.g. photocopying, faxing, mailings, running errands etc.) for ensuring the efficient operation of the Office.
- Other functions maintain reception and kitchen area materials & supply to providing efficient operations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work. (e.g. for meetings & event preps, research & coordination).
