Cooper's Hawk is a fast-growing restaurant and winery concept opening up near you in the Fall of 2018!
Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants offer a sophisticated, upscale-casual dining experience with over 30 locations nationwide and plans for continued growth. We offer our guests a signature menu from a scratch kitchen, that complements the wines we produce from our very own winery, which are featured in our Napa-style tasting rooms. Our concept continues to see
growth as well as demand for the country's largest wine club membership.

The General Manager is responsible for the overall restaurant's success through financial, operational, and development goals. Ensures execution of the highest quality of food and service. Sets and achieves both personal and team development goals. Focuses on strategy and driving standards of excellence and consistent business growth. Acts as a Cooper's Hawk brand ambassador.

General Manager Responsibilities:
✦ Must represent Cooper's Hawk Vision and Values
✦ Responsible for coaching and development of all levels of Manager performance, with bottom line accountability for all Managers, Event Coordinator, Office Manager, Supervisors, Lead Restaurant Trainer, and Wine Club Facilita
✦ Ensures collaboration between kitchen and front of house operations
✦ Oversees daily operations and ensures outstanding services within our dining room, bar, Tasting Room and host stand areas
✦ Leads the restaurant team to execute Cooper's Hawk policies and procedures
✦ Ideally, must have 2-4 years of GM experience in high volume, full service restaurant.
✦ Demonstrates financial acumen
✦ Coaches a team-based service approach throughout the restaurant
✦ Preferred certifications include ServSafe and state/local licensing requirements
✦ Extensive food knowledge and quality standards. Scratch kitchen experience preferred.
✦ A minimum age requirement of 21 years.
