Currently Seeking Customer Service individuals who are looking for a long term fit with a well established Insurance Company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Take up to 50 outbound calls a day to loan agents
- Navigate through dual screens and multiple systems
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to type 40+ words/min
- Must be highly self motivated
