About this job
Essential Functions:
Responsible for managing employees.
Responsible for customer relations.
Responsible for inventory including ordering and receipt.
Delivers food during peak hours of operation.
Responsible for start up of equipment and processes (open shift).
Responsible for shut down and closing store (close shift).
Manages cash flow.
Makes deposits.
Responsible for administration including reports as required.
Responsible for cost control (P&L).
Attends/runs employee meetings
Manages safety committee.
Responsible for hiring and orientation of new employees.
Responsible for managing employees.

Requirements
Job Requirements
Average hours per week: 50 - 60
Shift: All, Open/Mid/Close
Open = 5am – 3pm
Mid = 8am – 6pm
Close = 12pm – 10pm
License or Certificate required:
Must have a valid drivers license and provide proof of insurance.
Must complete and possess Safe Serve Certification.
Must have food service certificate where required by local ordinance.
Experience or Training required:
Must have previous experience as a Manager. Must complete CBC Supervisor training (4 weeks). Must be computer literate. Must have minimum 1 year experience as a Shift Supervisor with CBC or previous store manager experience.
Physical Requirements:
Standing: 70%
Indoors: 90%
Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs for the following tasks:
Lift and carry food trays
Lift and carry ingredients
Lift and carry grocery stock
Repetitive use of hands for the following tasks:
Operate cash register, Manipulate currency
Writing, Typing on computer keyboard
calculator
Additional Information
Secondary Functions:
Arrange displays
Bussing
Clean-up
Perform duties of shift supervisor
Assist with other stores as needed
