Counter Sales/Greeter/Runner
Opening Duties:
- Set up soap and sanitizer buckets at each station
- Ensure trash cans are clean of debris and lined with a new bag
- Ensure floor is clean and swept and clean windows inside and out.
- Ensure each station is stocked with necessary napkins, sauces, condiments and TOGO supplies
- Clean and organize grab-n-go coolers and reassemble fountain drink equipment
- Organize dry storage areas, including TOGO area
- Communicate with MOD and write Fish specials on specials board
- Turn TV’s and music on
- Ensure lobby is clean and organized (including floors, walls, tables, chairs and booths, trash cans)
- Ensure patio is clean and organized and set up umbrellas (weather permitting)
- Clean, polish and ensure draft beer system is stocked and in working order
- Stock wine glasses and beer cups
- Count cash drawer (Counter Sales)
- Place mats in entryway and in front of fountain machine and fill ice hopper
Shift Responsibilities:
- Provide warm welcome to incoming patrons by opening the door and greeting each guest
- Knowledgeable of current menu items and products including beer and wine selection
- Guest ID is checked with EVERY alcohol sale
- Communicate with guests any daily specials or promotional items
- Ensure each guest receives a world-class experience by delivering food to the table in a timely and consistent manner, pre-bussing and bussing tables during the shift and engaging with the guests regularly throughout their visit
- Anticipate and respond to customer concerns and/or complaints and bring any issues to the attention of the MOD with a sense of urgency
- Check trash levels periodically and change when more than 2/3 full
- Check beverage station (including ice hopper) and refill any product that is out of stock
- Thanks guests as they leave and invite them back
Closing Responsibilities:
- Sweep and clean lobby floor
- Remove all sanitizer buckets and return to designated area
- Clean, sanitize and organize all storage and shelving including grab-n-go cooler
- Wipe down all sauce bottles and retail items
- Break down beverage area and clean soda and drink nozzles.
- Fill ice hopper
