Description
Supply Laborer Night Shift To maintain all supply room paperwork accurately, receiving all incoming freight, issues supplies for all plant personnel, stock all supply room bins, conduct daily inventory audits and pick up necessary vendors supplies when needed, keep supply room clean and organized, enter all data to the computer before the shift end.
Responsibilities
#1. Receive incoming freight, lifting packages up to a maximum of 70 lbs. and place in proper designated area using proper lifting procedures
#2. Input & record goods into automated inventory system ( computer data base )
#3. Properly stock approximately 5000 storeroom bin
#4. Conduct daily inventory audits assigned by maintenance Mgr
#5. Properly process and file all paper work to include withdrawal slip, receiving paper work, credit form, and tool slip or chips.
#6. Must pick up necessary vendor supplies
Required Skills
Must be able to read and write in English.Good knowledge of mechanical equipment and inventory parts. Basic computer and keyboard skills.
Required Qualifications
Qualifying Candidates must be in their current position for a minimum of 12 months.
Details
Must be able to working temperature ranging form 50-90 Fahrenheit. Occasional exposure to seasonal weather condition: bending twisting, climbing. Ability to travel through supply room area: must wear proper personal proper personal protective equipment. Must be able to climb 4' platform ladder a minimum 10 times a day.
