Position Must Haves include:
1. Customer Service Experience: must be able to work with customers in a fast paced phone environment
2. Call Center - call center experience preferred
3. Communication and Articulation - will be coordinating with high level customers via email and phone
Job Description:
- Coordinating with customers of the company who have made recent purchases and are looking to schedule their delivery time
- Communication via email
- Complete follow up calls as needed
- Take inbound calls to schedule deliveries/place outbound calls to contact and coordinate with customers
