Prepare a variety of components and parts to enable a quality paint finish to fulfill customer expectations.

Requirements
• Operate steam equipment.
• Operate high pressure blast equipment (125 psi)
• Operate airless paint gun and gravity fed paint gun.
• Apply decals and stencils using adhesive or riveting methods.
• Apply body putty/seam sealer using proper techniques.
• Operate orbital sander to prepare units, parts and/or any sub-straight material prior to finish.
• Prepare units and parts by using masking tape, caps, plugs, plastic, etc. when needed to protect areas from coming in contact with paint.
• Use overheads, and/or forklifts to load and unload parts carts.
• Ensure all parts and units are free and clean of grease, oil and/or any other containment that may jeopardize paint integrity.
• Complete daily blast, primer, paint and solvent log usage.
• Complete daily timesheets to track hours on each project, indirect labor and training.
• Other duties as determined by supervision.
