Auto Service Manager - Full-time

At Mills Fleet Farm our Auto Service Manager is responsible for providing superior service to our customers and for leading an effective auto service sales and technician team. Our ideal candidate has strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with all questions and handle all customer issues. Always provide superior customer service.
• Promote and sell automotive products and services that meet customer needs.
• Perform basic maintenance and tire specialist duties such as changing oil, checking fluids, installing batteries, changing tires, wheel alignment, etc.
• Coach and mentor sales and technician Team Members to ensure acceptable levels of performance are being met.
• Train Team Members on products, sales techniques, and store procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of retail and automotive experience preferred Leadership experience preferred
