Duties include:
Work with restaurants to guide and develop marketing programs to meet restaurant sales objectives – activating through in-house and external agencies.
• Work with Regional Operations Directors and restaurant General Managers to understand market situations and restaurant goals in development and coordination of on-brand local marketing programs
• Coach GMs on how to market their restaurants effectively
• Maintain a calendar for in-store messaging/merchandising based on national calendar
• Coordinate franchise marketing/ad requests
• Track results of all programs
• Project management of annual marketing calendar programs as needed
• Participate in annual marketing/calendar planning, developing local extension ideas

Requirements

Job Requirements
• Minimum 6 years marketing or advertising experience for retail, franchise or multi-unit brand – including digital experience
• College degree in marketing, advertising, or PR
• At least some digital marketing experience – email, social, digital channels
• Passion for food and beverage/hospitality industry. Prior restaurant/bar experience a big plus.
• Progressive marketer, creative thinking. Aware of new media, marketing and consumer trends.
• Must be self-directed, diplomatic, excellent communicator. Must be very organized and detail-oriented; proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
