Work from home and join the BEST home care company in Charleston! Home Instead Senior Care is now hiring an energetic individual for a Weekend On-Call Manager. Our Weekend On-Call Manager is the first line of defense for answering phones on the weekends. Duties include:
- Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take messages and relay to appropriate staff as necessary.
- Resolve emergency situations and conflicts with assistance from secondary on-call manager as appropriate.
- Find fill-in coverage for call-outs.
- Document phone calls in Clear Care software.
- Want to earn some extra money working from HOME on the weekends.
- Are comfortable working with smart phone devices. Experience with Apple devices a plus.
- Can work independently with little supervision.
- Are at least 21 years of age or older.
- Can pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Have your own vehicle and proof of car insurance.
