Warehouse/Driver

Job Summary/Company Information: 

• Express Employment Professionals is now partnered with a local company to hire a 1st shift Driver/Warehouse associate. Long term evaluation to hire position.
• The company is willing to train you to drive their box trucks and help you obtain your chauffeur’s license!  16'' truck & 24'' box trucks.

• This person will be shipping/receiving, picking orders, processing computer orders/paperwork, loading and unloading trucks, stocking, and rotating product in the refrigerator/freezer and dry storage.

• Delivering to cafes, ice cream shops, restaurants, etc.

• 70% driving/30% warehouse

Pay/Benefits:

• $12-15/hr based on experience + potential pay increases once chauffeurs license is obtained.

Schedule: 1st shift - Approximate start time 6-8am depending on route / time of year

 

Requirements:

• This position requires a solid Motor vehicle record + ability to obtain Chauffeurs license

• This is a very physical job, lifting up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the day.

• You will be operating a reach truck (stand-up), forklift, and an electric power jack.

• You will also need to be dependable & reliable, and flexible with your hours.

• The candidate will need to be fast paced and be able to multi-task, be highly motivated and want to grow within a small company.

• They are willing to train the right person!

Do you have a driver’s license and warehouse experience but looking to obtain your chauffeur’s license? We are working with a company that is willing to train you to drive their box trucks and help you obtain your chauffeur’s license! Pay is dependent on experience and ranges from $12-14/hr. Once you obtained your chauffeur’s are eligible for a pay increase.

 

This is a stable position with a growing company and provide you with an opportunity do to a variety of tasks.

 

This person will be shipping/receiving, picking orders, processing computer orders/paperwork, loading and unloading trucks, stocking, and rotating product in the refrigerator/freezer and dry storage. This is a very physical job, lifting up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the day. You will be operating a reach truck (stand-up), forklift, and an electric power jack. Additionally, you may be asked do to some light cleaning of the facility. You will also need to be dependable & reliable, and flexible with your hours. This position requires a solid Motor vehicle record.
