Overnight Front Desk - Summer Seasonal - Beaver Creek Reception Center

The Overnight Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting guests and homeowners, the check in/out process, taking reservations, posting charges, maintaining guest and group accounts, managing incoming telephone, computer and facsimile correspondence.  Responsible for cleanliness of Guest Reception and surrounding public areas.  Prepare packet of day's work for accounting. Other related responsibilities as required.

Wage: $14.00/hour

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree preferred but not required
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
• 2 yr. hospitality or other guest service experience preferred but not required
• Proficient on Microsoft applications Word, Excel, Outlook
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs
• Able to communicate with guest, homeowners, and colleagues with diplomacy and tact
• Proficient on property management systems (SMS, PMS, LMS) preferred but not required
• Must be able to work the night shift from 11pm-7am
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Successful completion of a Background Check - required                                                                                                                                                                                      
• Ability to communicate in excellent English both written and verbally, over the phone and in person
• Run audit reports, perform research to correct balances on guest folios.
