We have a great opportunity for a customer service professional with proven customer service and sales skills. Our Support Center provides sales and customer service to home services businesses across the continental US. Customer Service Representative

• No Nights or Weekends – M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM
• Weekly pay $13-$15 per hour
• 6 Paid Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
• Paid Time Off

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be a player and coach in our sales department
• Nurture customer leads and inquiries via phone, email, web, and SMS media
• Establish leadership presence by being involved in modern sales and support activities; including but not limited to automation, CRM, and online chat
• Assist in growing our brand via social media and other digital platforms
• Review customer service activities to forecast additional client needs and offer solutions and support

Requirements

Job Requirements
* Excellent communication both written and verbal
* Excellent computer skills
* Prior experience in a call center and/or customer service leadership role
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook email
