Staffmark is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to be a valuable asset to the Learning and Development team at an Austin based Technology Company.
Ideal Employee Will Demonstrate...Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills Positive attitude, high level of enthusiasm, and a drive to succeed Superior communication, both written and presentation skills Service-oriented team player approach and an ability to assist in any capacity to get the job done Flexibility in a dynamic, high-tech growth environment Experience in contract negotiation and budget management.
Shift: 8 am - 5 pm Monday-Friday
Daily duties:
Performs general clerical duties
Planning and executing meetings via outlook
Prepare and submit expense reports, invoices and manage the budget
Supply ordering
Assisting with other tasks as needed and assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Minimum 2 years' experience in an office environment
Previous experience in administrative roles is a plus
Proficient in Office365, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft programs, with the ability to learn new computer programs and systems
Experience working with a Learning Management Software, and Skype for business is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal oversight
Ability to prioritize and problem solve complex issues
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build effective working relationships, and work successfully on a team
Strong written and verbal communication
