Staffmark is seeking a professional Korean Speaking Order Entry Specialist to join the team at one of the largest companies in the world. This is a Direct hire opportunity . This person will be responsible for receiving and entering parts and repair orders into order management system, Customer Service duties, and data entry.
4/10 shift; 4 days by 10 hours
Key responsibilities include, but are limited to:

Generating shipping and billing information
Receive and forward requests for quotes to appropriate department
Work with sourcing team for vendor, pricing and request availability
Receive purchase orders for parts and/or service
Order and track parts from appropriate fulfillment center
Track orders and ensure requested materials/service is delivered within the quoted time frame Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High School degree or equivalent
Minimum 2 years customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
Previous order management experience
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Korean)
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Professional phone etiquette
Ability to multi-task between variety of customers

Must be able to work the 5am-2pm shift on a 4 by 10 schedule.
Written and verbal skills in English and Korean
Previous Customer service experience
Proficient in MS office applications/computer knowledge
