PeopleReady is hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift Assembly Workers for a metal manufacturer in Dresser, WI. This is a temp to hire opportunity. Responsibilities:
Work with a team to assemble entire products or components
Follow basic blueprints, diagrams, drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures
Utilize hand held tools such as a hand held screw and drill guns
Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
Prepare finished products for shipment
Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Qualifications:
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields preferred, but not required
Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment
Ability to work well in teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Starting Wage: $12.00 – $14.00 p/h *
*after shift differential and attendance bonus available after 2 weeks employment
