What we offer

  Essential Duties and Responsibilities\: Maintain a safe work environment Be able to read and understand batch sheets for mixer operations. Ability to understand and correct process variability. Perform all necessary duties to make batches Stage raw materials Load mixers Test product Maintain clean work environment, adhering to 5S standards, including, but not limited to, operate pressure washer, sweep floors, operate floor scrubber and trash removal Complete batch sheets and housekeeping paperwork Operate and work with various pumps and hoses to transfer material between containers and kettles Sample products for QC testing Operate sit down and walk behind forklifts Attend training as scheduled Perform SAP duties as directed Other duties as directed by supervision

  Minimum Qualifications\: Education — High school diploma or GED; Must be able to pass Henkel’s basic skills assessments Experience — 3-5 years manufacturing experience, forklift experience Special skills — computer knowledge Certifications and licenses — N/A     Physical Requirements\: Must be able to lift 55 lbs.
