Coordinates activities of personnel engaged in shipping and receiving departments. Insures accurate transactions of incoming and outgoing material.

 

 

What we offer

Coordinates, assigns, and executes daily tactical duties. Adjustment of staffing as necessary to meet on time shipments and prompt receipt of materials. Ensure all shipments and documents are in compliance with ITAR and similar regulations. Review daily requirements from the shipping schedule and manufacturing material & warehouse needs. Fill in during absences of staff. Assist inventory control in maintaining an accurate inventory to the lot number level. Consistently applies company rules pertaining to safety, conduct, and ethics.

Qualification:

Who we are looking for

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Forklift certified. Familiar with all other basic material handling equipment. 5+ Years’ experience with small parcel hardware/software. 5+ years’ experience work with MRP software. Familiar with random part location systems. Completing shipping documents. 5+ years working in a make to order shipping environment
