Job Title: Data Entry Administrator - CMMS

Job Summary: EMCOR Facility Services (EFS) provides full spectrum facility services to public and private sectors of nearly every market. Managing more than 1 billion square feet worldwide, our people have the optimal blend of capabilities and technical expertise to help clients achieve the highest levels of performance. EFS is seeking a CMMS Administrator and Analyst in support of our client’s portfolio of approximately 6 locations. Under general supervision, the CMMS Administrator and Analyst, Establishes and maintains the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for the Engineering and Maintenance Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the planning, design and establishment of data entry standards used in the CMMS.
  • Establishes, reassigns, revises or deletes records in system to maintain accuracy.
  • Perform data quality control of the overall system database minimum quarterly basis.
  • Manages and assists in troubleshooting the CMMS.
  • Identifies opportunities to gain efficiencies in order to meet and maintain current and future needs of its users and management, recommends changes.
  • Ensures system, software, training, and reports accurately and effectively function with the most current versions and applications. Participates in CMMS training and education and keeps abreast of software changes in order to remain informed on its use and function.
  • Coordinates with Engineering, Information Technology (IT), Design & Construction and CMMS end users to facilitate the importing and exporting of equipment, preventative maintenance program and other data as required.
  • Assist in maintaining vendor COI’s in the database.
  • Assist in providing and/or creating reports to the site team and end users as required.
  • Advises on and participates in the training of the CMMS users.
  • Provide support for all deployment of system enhancements.
  • Provide support to site staff as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma, College degree a plus
  • 1-3 years related experience in data entry or work order management system
  • Valid state drivers license
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Candidates will possess (at a minimum) an intermediate knowledge of computers and software including Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Project, Access, and E-mail and internet use.
  • Knowledge of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
