This leadership position assists the successful operation of Food & Nutrition Services in an Acute Care Hospital. The Associate Director assists to ensure client, customer service/satisfaction with efficient cost effective management meeting and exceeding stated expectations. You will assist in the responsibility for all foodservice-related activities; including patient care, non-patient care (retail, cafeteria, catering etc), quality improvement, sanitation, infection control and all hospital-related activities.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Healthcare experience required
- Registered Dietitian or 3-5 years' Patient Services Manager/Assistant Director experience strongly desired
- Good knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, marketing and presentation
- P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable
- Experience with cash retail operations a plus
- Experience with patient meal service strongly desired
- Supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to communicate on various levels to include management, customer and associate levels
- Knowledge of financial, budgetary, accounting and computational practices
- Proficient computer skills to include; various computer programs, Microsoft Office programs, e-mail and the Internet
