Managing our kitchen as an Executive Chef isn’t just a job, it’s serving healthy food for a happy world.
BASIC BENCHMARKS
You are passionate about healthy foods and you are exceptionally detailed.
You’re resilient in stressful situations and always able to handle last minute requests.
For more than 3 years, as a culinarian, you’ve been able to champion an appreciation of local and organic products and able to reinforce this appreciation with members of your team.
You have a strong financial acumen and understand what it takes to run a successful kitchen.
You are caring, self-motivated and exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence.
Must be available to train away from home (at our expense)
Candidates willing to relocate are our preference
