Our Strategic Operations group will be an integral part of achieving our growth goals. The group’s mission is to identify significant business opportunities to drive scalable growth, operational effectiveness, and efficiency across the organization, globally . As the Senior Manager Corporate Strategy, you will be accountable for the overall success of the program; this includes defining the vision, strategy, and goals, ensuring the execution of all projects, and driving executive alignment.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with global business leadership to identify and implement initiatives that focus on increasing operational effectiveness, leveraging our existing infrastructure, and driving efficiencies
• Work with Strategic Operations leadership in identifying and launching initiatives across the organization
• Project management lead for coordinating the organizational goals and objectives
• Execute program structure and operating mechanisms, including team structure, roles & responsibilities, and reporting & meeting cadence
• Lead content development for program messaging to senior leadership and executives regarding potential impacts; support executive alignment on key program decisions and updates
• Remain informed of and oversee progress across functions and projects throughout the program
• Structured thinking: Develop and leverage frameworks to help structure the team’s thinking, facilitate alignment on key strategic decisions among various stakeholders and drive key organizational objectives and goals forward

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• 5-7 years of experience; preferably in a corporate strategy or top-tier management consulting role
• Leadership Potential: Demonstrated success working in a global, cross-divisional & cross-functional environment managing stakeholders at both executive and program team levels
• Highly productive: Ability to be highly productive with little oversight on day to day basis. This role is intended for somebody who will take meaningful responsibility and initiative for shaping and executing upon our strategy and operations
