Reporting the Assistant Director of the MGH Fund Employee Campaigns, the Employee Campaign Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the My Giving Helps and United Way employee campaign. Campaign Responsibilities: - Assist campaign manager with all projects, programs and tasks as needed - Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics, including booking location, securing audiovisual and other needs, and preparing and distributing accurate and timely meeting notes - Assist in preparing for appointments, meetings and presentations by proactively coordinating, reviewing and organizing related materials - Oversee the day-to-day management of the My Giving Helps Champion program - Manage dissemination of campaign materials
