Mechanical Design Engineer - Full-time / Part-time

Seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team due to growth and company restructure. This role will work alongside a Project Engineer on existing and New Product Development projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Uses CAD systems to layout, design and modify existing equipment and produce drawings for new or existing equipment.
• Performs engineering calculations on new and existing designs.
• Creates and maintains bills of materials and writes engineering change orders.
• Interfaces with others during the design, building and field-testing of prototypes or production models - i.e. Production, Testing, Sourcing, Planning, Suppliers or Customers.
• Mechanical & Electrical component design and project engineering

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3+ years of design around Heavy Equipment
• Proficiency in Pro E Creo
• Experience in design structures and mechanisms
• Experience with electrical control and hydraulic systems
• Electrical component selection and sizing capabilities & electrical circuit experience
