Production Supervisor - Full-time / Part-time

This company is expanding and seeking to add Production Supervisors.

• They are in need of 4 Supervisors for their growing production team. Supervisors should have strong leadership skills and be proficient in conflict resolution.
• They will need to inspire their team to work with them, and be able to hold them accountable.
• They need a proven track record of accountability, motivation, and leadership in a supervisory role.
• At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Injection mold experience is a huge plus.
• Must be willing to work overtime and have flexibility of schedule to come in on off days.
• SAP experience is a huge plus, or experience with any other ERP system.
• Must have strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Will lead a team of 24
