Aerotek is looking for a Project Electrical Engineer for a 1 year+ project for one of our biggest clients that specializes in manufacturing machinery for various industries such as the Food & Beverage, Semi-Conductor, Transportation and more!
I am looking to speak with interested candidates open to a 1st shift. Below are some of the qualifications:
1. BSEE, with 5+ years' experience
2. Capable of system-level understanding of architecture design
3. Project will involve design of a three-phase 1MW system, high-power DC, PLC controls, sensors, temperature control, etc.
4. Ability to support/interface PLC programming team but no software is required
5. Skilled with AutoCAD
6. Capable of drafting detailed drawings, BMs, etc.
7. Familiar with compliance engineering to CE, SEMI-S2, etc.
Some of the day to day Job Specs are:
1. Design, develop, document, troubleshoot and test electrical controls for existing and new products
2. Consult with other engineering staff to evaluate interface between electrical controls, and operational and performance requirements of the overall system
3. Participate as requested in advisory/quality control capacity during installation and initial operation
4. Consult with mechanical and controls engineers to ensure proper electrical design in new control schemes and retrofits.
5. Interface with customer as requested in a technical support capacity.
