HVAC Technician

Major Responsibilities:
Working on installation, commissioning, warranty work for HVAC and other medias in Mission Critical Facilities. Reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints. Troubleshooting. Testing. Working with refrigerants. Preventative maintenance. Working with custom PLC controls.

Work Environment: Knowledgeable in HVAC or electrical work. They will need to be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills. There are currently 3 permanent techs, 1 supervisor and 1 manager working locally. This person would spend 70-80% of the time traveling to different sites, training techs and installing mediums. Lots of overtime and traveling, flexible vacation schedule.

Candidates need to be flexible with job responsibilities. They will not be just a "Service Technician" but also a professional responsible for interfacing with clients at Data Centers.Travel will be required for training and after sales support services but contractors will have notice prior to travel. Works independently on varied assignments requiring a broad and/or specialized knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC. The culture is very collaborative and team oriented. Overtime is required. Travel to industrial field work-site locations.
