HR Admin/Onboarding Coordinator

Some of our top clients in Glastonbury, Southington and Newington are looking for Junior HR coordinator's to join their team starting ASAP. These candidate's will ideally have 0-2 years of HR experience or an HR internship. The position is pegged to be an 8 month contract to hire, if a candidate does a fantastic job they will have the opportunity to be brought on permanently.

Job Duties:

• Posting jobs
• Sorting applicants
• Phone screening
• Scheduling interviews
• Managing Applicant Tracking System
• Data entry
• Social media monitoring
• Assisting New Hire Orientation

Hours:

• Monday-Friday 1st Shift

Pay:

• $12-16 an hour
